How to create the perfect Website project?

Creating an effective website project is essential for making a lasting impression online. Follow these steps to ensure your project is organized, comprehensive, and meets your goals.


On your Penji dashboard:

  • Click "+ Create project" in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

  • Type "Website" in the search bar.

  • Name your project with your business name followed by the category (e.g., Penji | Website).

  • Select your project's relevant "Brand" folder to provide designers with essential assets.

  • Upload any necessary attachments.



In the Project Description/Brief:

  • Clearly describe your project for easy readability.

  • Outline your requirements, including dimensions, color scheme, target audience, key messages, branding guidelines, and specific imagery or content.

  • Consider key ideas: IDEA 1, IDEA 2, IDEA 3.

  • Share why you like each example: EXAMPLE 1 (explanation), EXAMPLE 2 (explanation), EXAMPLE 3 (explanation).

  • Provide links to each section with specific information: Hero Image, Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, Footer Information.

  • Outline the custom page: Home page, Landing page, About Us, Contact, Pricing page, etc.

  • Important: If you need multiple pages designed, please create a new project for each page.

  • If you have an existing website, please add the link.



What type of deliverables?

  • Choose the deliverables you'd like to receive. For example, you can select "XD" or "ANY" to let the designer choose what works best.



Select your "Style preference"

  • You can also select your "Style preference". Pick up to 5 images that fit your style. After selecting images, click "Next"


After completing the steps above, just click "Create project" to submit it! Our skilled designers will take over and turn your vision into reality.

We encourage you to share your feedback throughout the process to keep us aligned. Once everything is ready, you’ll be able to download the source files and use them as you wish. It’s that easy!
