Our Team Availability and Schedules
Our design team operates across multiple time zones to ensure your projects move forward efficiently. While our designers work during specific windows, you can submit a design request at any time, and we will begin processing it as quickly as possible.
Designer Availability
To provide comprehensive coverage, our designers are available during the following hours:
Standard Coverage: Sunday through Thursday, from 8 PM to 5 AM EST.
Agency Plan Exclusive: For clients on our Agency Plan, we provide additional coverage during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Submitting Your Projects
To ensure your most important projects are delivered, revised, and completed before the weekend, we recommend submitting them between Monday and Wednesday.
Please note that any design request created after 2 PM Eastern on Friday will be picked up by the team starting either Sunday night or Monday morning, depending on your specific plan.
Urgent Matters
If you have an urgent request, please contact our support team via email at support@penji.co or include a specific mention within your project’s message thread.

At Penji, we value the importance of family and the holiday season. Our entire team will be offline on December 24th, 25th, and 31st to recharge and spend time with loved ones.
