Our team is split into two. We have a night and daytime team.
The nighttime team works from 8 PM - 5 AM EST (Sunday - Thursday ET Nights). However, regardless of their schedule, you can submit a design project at any time and we'll be sure to have a design returned to you as quickly as possible.
Our daytime time team works Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
If there is ever a time that you have an important project, please submit the project between Monday through Wednesday. Projects submitted within these days are more likely to be delivered, revised, and fully completed before the end of the week.
If at any time you have an urgent matter, please contact our support team via email: support@penji.co or make a mention within your project communication.
Regardless of your project or the team that you subscribed to, if a design request is created after 2 PM Eastern Friday, the project will be worked on either Sunday or Monday ET.
