When you turn on return to work verification for absences, your employees can use our electronic absence return to work and our holiday return to work forms.
Sickness return to work forms
When an employee returns from their off-sick absence, they together with the manager will receive an email every day from the day the employee comes back to work until they complete the form.

Both the employee and the manager receive reminder emails until they complete the form.

Holiday return to work forms
This feature allows you to request a Fit-For-Work form from all employees returning from holiday.
When an employee returns from their holiday, they receive an email every day from the day the employee comes back to work until they complete the form. Their manager will get the same email for completion
To turn this feature on, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Holidays & Absence.
Select Holiday Return To Work Form.
To see all historic changes, click the clock icon.
