In PeopleHR, you can assign a work pattern in bulk or to one employee at a time.

To change an employee's work pattern, follow the below steps:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Planner tab.
From the drop-down menu next to Settings, select No Working Pattern.
Complete the following:
Effective Date: Specify the first day your employee begins on this work pattern.
Contracted Hours: These match the value entered in the work pattern.
Full Time Hours: Enter the weekly hours worked by a full time employee in the same sector.
Full Time Entitlement: Enter how many hours or days a full time employee receives for a full working holiday year so that you calculate the pro rate entitlement.
In This Year and Next Year, you can see the employee's calculated pro rata entitlement. To see how it was calculated for this employee, click the question mark icon next to the entitlement.
πNote: Changing an employee's work pattern from their planner automatically calculates and updates their entitlement.
