Steps to Enable Email Alerts:

  1. Create a Saved Search: First, create and save a search with your desired filters.

  2. Activate Alerts: From the saved search, toggle the option to Activate Email Alerts.

  3. Receive Notifications: Once alerts are enabled, you or your client will receive email notifications whenever new listings are added that match the search criteria.

  4. For Uninvited Clients: If your client hasn’t been invited to Perchwell, the email will contain hyperlinks to the new listings, allowing them to view the properties directly.

Things to Remember:

  1. Clients who are not yet Perchwell users will receive links in their emails to view new listings.

  2. You can customize saved searches for different clients and activate alerts to keep them informed of relevant listings.
