Perchwell's platform is equipped with detailed search filters to cater to your specific needs and those of your clients. On the Search page, you can enter filters to streamline your search and generate specific listings. These listings can be compiled, turned into reports, and shared with your clients.

The saved search drop-down menu allows you to view all your saved searches at a glance. This feature helps you keep track of your search history and quickly access previously saved search parameters.

The active filters for any search can be seen at the top of the search page. While up to seven of your selected filters will be visible, any additional filters will be displayed in a bubble labeled “+ # more”. Active filters will be highlighted in green in the filters column on the search page or your Filters tab.

This feature allows you to enter an address and be directed straight to the listing or property page. It's a quick and efficient way to access specific listings or properties.

The Search page view can be customized according to your preference. You have the options of a Grid view, Compact List, or Expanded List.

The map feature offers visual geolocation of listings. If you need more screen space, the map can be hidden by selecting the Hide Map icon. If you want a more in-depth view, you can expand the map to full view or adjust it to ¾, ½, or a ¼ view.

For a more detailed geolocation view, you can add Satellite and Terrain Layers to the Map. Tagged listings can also be added to the map and will be displayed with a tag icon.

All the listings generated from your search will be displayed on the map based on their specific geolocation. By selecting the bubbled numbers, a pop-up will appear with the listings in that area.

For a data-oriented view of the listings, you can use the Analytics page. It allows you to delve into Market Share, Distribution, Location, and Trend data. The data can be exported as a CSV or PDF or emailed to a client in your contacts.You can learn more about Analytics here.
