Preparation
Make sure you have:
Access to your email inbox
A desktop or mobile web browser to create your password
💡 If you do not see the invitation email, check your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders
Invitation acceptance
Invitation email access
Look for an email from Perchwell with the subject line You’ve been invited to join Perchwell.
Invitation acceptance action
In the email, click Accept Invitation.
⚠️ Important: Complete this step in a web browser.
Password creation
Create your password to activate your account.
Getting started
After you activate your account:
Log in on your desktop browser
Download the Perchwell mobile app (optional)
Open listings your agent shared with you
Message your agent in Messages
Tips
If you still cannot find the invitation email, ask your agent to resend it.
If you already activated your account, click Forgot Password on the login page.
