Invite Clients to Perchwell

Client portal overview

A client portal is a secure workspace where you collaborate with invited clients.

  • Let clients search and view listings

  • Share listings, tags, and reports

  • Message clients directly in Perchwell


Client access overview

Invited clients can access a client-ready experience while agent-only details stay private.

Clients can:

  • Search for listings

  • View listings you shared

  • Access shared Tags

  • View shared reports

  • Send and receive Messages

Clients cannot:

  • View agent-only listing details

  • See listing agent information

  • Access private documents

  • View internal notes or brokerage-specific data


Client invitation (existing contact)

Send an invite to a contact that is already in Contacts.

Steps:

  1. Open Contacts

  2. Click the contact name

  3. On the Contact Detail Page, click Reinvite Contact to Perchwell

Perchwell sends a new invitation email.


Client invitation (new contact)

Invite a client as you add them to Contacts.

Steps:

  1. Open Contacts

  2. Click Add Contact

  3. Enter the contact’s name and email address

  4. Turn on Invite to Perchwell

  5. Write a message or select a saved template

  6. Click Add Contact


Client invitation (Bulk Upload)

Invite multiple clients as you import them with Bulk Upload.

Steps:

  1. Open Contacts

  2. Click Add Contact

  3. Select Bulk Upload

  4. Download the Perchwell CSV Template

  5. Add your contacts to the template file

  6. Upload the completed CSV file

  7. Turn invitations on or off

  8. Click Upload

Invite imported contacts later from the Contact Detail Page


Tips

  • Invitations are tied to the contact’s email address.

  • Resend an invitation from the Contact Detail Page at any time.
