✅ What Is a “Saved Search”?

A saved search is a dynamic set of listings that updates in real time. Your agent sets filters based on your needs (like “2+ bedrooms in Orange County under $1.2M”) and Perchwell keeps that search up-to-date as new listings hit the market or existing ones change status.

These searches save you time and ensure you’re seeing the best options, without needing to manually filter every time you log in.


🖥️ How to View Saved Searches (Desktop)

  1. Log in at perchwell.com using your email and password.

  2. In the Search tab, locate the Saved Search dropdown at the top of the screen.

  3. Click to reveal the list of shared searches from your agent.

  4. Select the one you’d like to view.

    You’ll now see:

    • Listings that match your search criteria

    • The filters applied (e.g. location, property type, price range)

    • A live map view that updates as new listings are added

📱 How to View Saved Searches (Mobile App)

  1. Open the Perchwell mobile app and log in.

  2. Tap the Search tab at the bottom.

  3. Use the dropdown menu at the top to select a shared saved search.

  4. Tap into individual listings to view photos, details, and more.

💡 Tips for Exploring Your Searches

  • Tap into listings you’re curious about to see photos, floor plans (if available), and detailed info.

  • Want to narrow down the search further? You can adjust filters or create your own search from scratch at any time.

  • Use the Sort option to view listings by newest, price, or open house date.


Things to Remember

You don’t need to refresh or remake a search. Your saved search will update automatically whenever:

  • New listings that match your criteria hit the market

  • A listing changes status (e.g. goes under contract or is sold)
