What Is a Saved Search?

A Saved Search is a personalized search created with your preferred filters, such as location, price range, and property type. As new listings match your criteria, they automatically appear in your Saved Search. You do not need to run the search again.


Step 1: Open a Saved Search

View your Saved Searches anytime from your account.

  1. Click Search in the top navigation.

  2. Open the Saved Search dropdown at the top of the page.

  3. Select the search you want to view.

Your results will display:

  • Listings that match your criteria.

  • The filters being applied.

  • A live map view, if enabled.


Step 2: Explore Listings

Inside a Saved Search, you can:

  1. Click any listing to view photos and property details.

  2. Use Sort to organize results by newest, price, open house date, or other options.

  3. Adjust filters if you want to narrow or expand your results.
