What Are Saved Search Alerts?
Saved Search Alerts notify you when new listings match the criteria your agent has set up for you.
Instead of checking manually, you’ll automatically receive updates when properties that fit your preferences become available.
Receiving Alerts
When a new listing matches your saved search, you’ll receive a notification based on the alert schedule your agent selected.
You can access new listings through:
Email notifications
Your Perchwell account
Some users may also receive mobile push notifications.
View Listings from an Email Alert
When a new match is found, you’ll receive an email from Perchwell.
Open the alert email.
Click any listing included in the message.
You’ll be taken directly to the property in Perchwell.
From there, you can review details, react to the listing, or message your agent.
View Listings Inside Perchwell
You can also access new matches directly within your account.
Log in to Perchwell.
Open your Saved Search.
Sort results by Newest First to see the latest listings.
The results always reflect the most up-to-date market activity.
