Select multiple listings to share (start in Search)
Select the listings first, then choose your share method.
Steps:
Open the Search page.
View search results by clicking Search.
Select the checkbox next to each listing you want to share.
Click Actions.
In the drop down, click Share.
In the pop-up window, choose one of these tabs:
Email
Public Link
Share multiple listings via Email
Use Email when you want to send listings to saved contacts directly from Perchwell.
In the Email tab, you can:
Choose one or more recipients in Select emails.
Add a message in the message field.
Edit the email Subject.
Click Email to send.

Share multiple listings with a Public Link
Use Public Link when you are sending listings through text message or another external messaging app.
In the Public Link tab, you can:
Click Copy to copy the generated link.
Paste the link anywhere you want to share it.
💡 Public links do not require clients to log in.
What clients see when they open a shared set of listings
Shared listings open in a carousel view that makes it easy to browse.
Scroll through listings in the carousel.
Open each listing to review details.
Tips
Select all your listings first, then click Share once.
Use Email for saved contacts and Public Link for external messaging.
Update your message and Subject to match your client’s search criteria.
