Create Email Template to streamline your communication for different engagements across the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide on Adding Templates

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Click on "Email Copy Templates"

  3. Click on the "+ Add Template" for Invited Clients

  4. Create a Template name and a Body message

  5. Save

This email template will now be available whenever Paul invites a new client to Perchwell, providing them with the tools they need to get started on the platform.

​Hey NAME!

Excited to kick off the home search with you! I'll be using Perchwell to share listings, stay organized, and keep things moving. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Accept your Invite

  1. Hit the Accept Invitation button in this email.

  2. Set your password. a. Heads up: It's best to do this on a desktop browser first, or use your mobile browser if needed.

Step 2: Download the App

  1. Once your password's set, grab the Perchwell app from the App Store or Google Play and log in.

Step 3: Start Exploring

  1. Messages: This is where I'll send listings your way.

  2. Shared Searches: I'll create a few searches for you too. Just look for your {saved search name} in the saved search drop-down.

  3. Search: Feel free to browse on your own! Add filters and send me anything that catches your eye. a. On desktop: Check the box next to listings > click Share > send via messages b. On mobile: Tap the circle icon > hit Actions > send via messages
