Managing Tag Alerts

Use Tag Alerts to stay informed when listings within a tag change status, adjust price, or hit the market. Alerts are agent-only and help you monitor important updates without running repeated searches.

Managing Tag Alerts

Tag Alerts are enabled when you create a tag and can be adjusted at any time. To update alert settings:

  1. Open the Tags page

  2. Click the bar that says “Click to view and filter tags” to reveal your tag folders

  3. Find the tag you want to update

  4. Click the pencil icon to edit the tag

  5. Adjust your preferences:

    1. Use the checkboxes to enable or disable Price Changes, Status Changes, and New Listings

    2. Use the Get alerts for this tag toggle to turn all alerts on or off for that tag

🗒️ Note: Alerts default to on when a new tag is created.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Tag Alerts are different from Saved Search alerts — Saved Searches notify agents and/or clients about new or matching listings, while Tag Alerts notify agents only about listings already tagged.

  • For quick adjustments, use the bell icon on a tag to turn alerts on or off without opening the edit modal.

  • Clients do not receive Tag Alerts. Use a Saved Search for automatic client notifications, or share a Tag link when sending curated listings manually.

  • Tag Alerts are email notifications sent to the agent when a tagged listing changes (e.g., price, status, new listing).
