The Building Page Overview

The Building Page provides a comprehensive view of a property’s building level information. Review key details, associated listings, policies, and historical data in a structured layout designed to support agent workflows.

Navigating to the Building Page

You can navigate to the building page using three different methods in Perchwell.

Methods

Steps

Universal Search

1. Click the search bar in the top right corner.
2. Type in the building address.
3. In the pop-up, click the building tile in the Address section.
4. The building page will display in a new tab.

The Listing Detail Page

1. From the Listing Detail Page, click Building. Details in the Header.
2. In the Building tile click the building image or address.
3. The Building page will display in a new tab.

Tags Page
(Only tagged buildings will appear on this page)

1. Click Tags in the top navigation bar.
2. Search for the tag folder that includes the building.
4. From the tags list, click the building image or address.
5. The Building page will display in a new tab.

Building Page Layout

Once you're on the building page, you can view different building data in a layout that is consistent with our Property Details Page.

  • Building Pages begin with:
    ​https://www.perchwell.com/building/

  • Listing Detail Pages begin with:
    ​https://www.perchwell.com/listing/

This makes it easy to confirm whether you’re viewing building-level data or listing-specific details.

Building Navigation Header

At the top of the page, the navigation bar provides quick access to:

  • Listings

  • Building Details

  • Offering Plans

  • Permits

  • Neighborhood and Schools

Listings Section

Review all listings associated with the building in one place.

The Listings section appears at the top of the page.

Listing Tabs

Use tabs to filter listing types. Available tabs may include:

  • Current Listings, separated into Sales and Rentals

  • Past Listings

  • All Units

  • Closings, with direct access to ACRIS by clicking the address

Building Details and Policies

Review key building details and policies that impact buyer and renter decisions.

Building Details

Details may include:

  • Building Overview

  • Amenities

  • Ownership Details

  • Financial Information

  • Additional Building Characteristics

💡 Expand or collapse sections as needed.

Building Policies

Policies may include:

  • Pet policies

  • Subletting rules

  • Purchase requirements

  • Other building-specific restrictions

Offering Plans and Permits

Access regulatory and filing information when available.

Offering Plans

View the current offering plan and any previous amendments. Select Show More when available to view the complete list.

Permits

Review permit details directly on the Building Page, including:

  • Effective date

  • Classification codes

  • Fees

  • Permit number

  • Type

  • Description

  • Business name

💡 Select Download CSV to export the full permit list.

Neighborhood and Schools

Understand the surrounding area at a glance. You can view:

  • Neighborhood details

  • Nearby schools

  • Nearby subway lines

  • An interactive map with street view, directions, and map layers

Things to Know

  • Data updates based on available public records and MLS data.
