When to Use a One-Page Report
One-page reports are useful when you need to quickly share essential listing details without creating a longer report.
Common use cases include:
Providing a quick property overview during showings.
Sending clients a simple summary of a listing.
Printing property details for in-person meetings.
Sharing listings with a direct link to the full property page.
Create a One Page Report from a Listing
You can generate a One Page Report directly from a Listing Detail Page.
Steps
Open a listing from the Search page or locate it using Universal Search.
On the Listing Detail Page, click the three-dot menu (⋯) to access listing tools.
Select One Page Report.
Choose the version you want to generate:
Client Version: Includes your contact information and space for client notes.

💡 Each One Page Report includes a QR code that links directly to the client-facing Listing Detail Page, making it easy for clients to view the full listing from their mobile device.
