Creating a Show Sheet

Create a Show Sheet from Search or Tags to share a focused property summary with key listing details, floor plans, transit info, and photos in a client-ready format.

Start a Show Sheet

You can begin a Show Sheet from Search, a listing details page, or Tags.

Option 1: Create from Search

  1. On the Search page, check the selection boxes on the listings you want to include

  2. A footer menu will appear at the bottom

  3. Click Create Report

  4. Select Show Sheet

Option 2: Create from a Listing Details Page

  1. Locate the property using Universal Search or by clicking it from your Search results

  2. View the listing

  3. Open the actions panel on the right (hover to reveal or click the three-dot menu at the top right)

  4. Click Add to Report

  5. Select Show Sheet

Option 3: Create from Tags

  1. Go to the Tags page

  2. Click the bar that says “Click to view and filter tags”

  3. Open the tag containing the listings you want to use

  4. Click Create Report

  5. Select Show Sheet

💡 When creating a Show Sheet from a tag folder, all listings in that tag are included by default. You can remove unwanted listings after the report opens and reorder them before generating the final version.


Customize Your Show Sheet

After selecting Show Sheet, choose how the report appears and what information it includes.

  1. Configure Link Behavior- Choose how listing links open:

    1. Open in Perchwell (clients must log in)

    2. Open externally with your branding

  2. Select Display Information- Check or uncheck the fields you want included:

    1. Exact address

    2. Days on Market (DOM)

    3. Open house

    4. List date

    5. Transit info

    6. Map

    7. Floor plan

    8. Status

    9. Neighborhood

    10. Cross streets

  3. Select Contact Information- Choose which contact details appear:

    1. Listing agent information

    2. My contact information

    3. None

  4. Choose Report Layout- Select Landscape or Portrait

  5. Reorder or Remove Listings- Drag and drop listings to adjust their order, or click the X to remove any listings you don’t want included.

  6. When finished, click Next to continue.

Report Customization

  1. Assign a Report Label, serving as the title for your report.

  2. Decide where you want links to open:

    • Open Links in Perchwell – Requires the client to log into Perchwell.

    • Open Links Externally with your Branding – Links will open outside of Perchwell, accompanied by your Brokerage's Branding.

  3. Choose the information you want to include in your Show Sheet:

    • Exact Address

    • Days on Market (DOM)

    • Open House

    • List Date

    • Transit Info

    • Map

    • Floorplan

    • Status

    • Neighborhood

    • Cross-Streets

  4. Specify the Contact Information to be displayed:

    • Listing Agents – Displays the listing agent’s information.

    • My Contact Information – Displays your information.

    • None

  5. Select the layout orientation: Portrait or Landscape.

  6. Use the 'Drag and Drop' feature to arrange the listings in your preferred order.

Share the Show Sheet

Once finalized, choose how to share the report.

Option 1: Email the Report

  1. Click Email and enter recipient email address(es)

  2. Add an Email Subject line

    • The default subject is "Marketing Materials for Listing", you can leave it as-is or replace it

  3. Review the message body

    • Edit if needed to add context for your client

  4. Click Email Report to send

Option 2: Print the Report

  1. In the report modal, select the Print option.

  2. Your browser’s print dialog will open.

  3. Choose your printer and any print settings.

  4. Click Print to produce a hard copy for your appointment or file.

Option 3: Download the Report

  1. In the report modal, select the Download option.

  2. A PDF of the report will be generated.

  3. Save the file to your computer or device for your records or manual sharing.

Things to Know

  • Detailed Reports can start from Search, Tags, or a listing details page

  • Listings can be removed and reordered before generating the report

  • Fields are controlled using checkboxes

  • When emailed, both the agent and recipient receive a copy

  • Show Sheets are ideal for open houses, private showings, and client tours when you want a clean, flyer-style summary with photos, maps, and key listing details
