Introduction
A media report is a specialized document for showcasing images and floorplans, where each item is displayed on a separate page. Follow these steps to create and customize your media report.
Select a Report
From the Search page, you can select the listings you want in the report.
A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of the webpage.
Click on ‘Create a Report’
Select ‘Media Report’
Customizing the Report
Add a Report Label (similar to a title).
Select where links should open.
Open Links in Perchwell - the client must log into Perchwell
Open Links Externally with your Branding - Links will open outside of Perchwell with your Brokerage’s Branding
Select the information you want to be included in your Listing Report
Include Exact Address
Open House
Cross-Streets
Neighborhood
Status
Contact Information
Listing Agents
My Contact Information
None
Image Type
Both
Photos
Floor plans
Layout
Landscape
Portrait Mode
Drag and Drop to Rearrange the listings in your desired order
Generate Report
You can share the report via email, print, or download.
For Emails
Email addresses - Add one or more emails to the clients whom you want to receive the report
Email Subject - Subject Line for the email ( Both you and your client will receive a copy of the report)
Message - We already populate a message for the email. However, this can be modified. (You can also create Base Template messages that can be shared amongst your entire Brokerage)
