What Is a Media Report?
A Media Report is designed to highlight a property’s visual assets. Each photo or floor plan is displayed on its own page, making it ideal for client presentations, marketing materials, and visual walkthroughs.
Step 1: Create a Media Report
You can create a Media Report from the Search page.
Start from Search
Go to Search.
Select the checkboxes next to the listings you want to include.
In the footer pop-up, click Create Report.
Select Media Report.
The report editor will open with your selected listings included.
Step 2: Customize the Media Report
Configure how images, floor plans, and listing details appear.
1. Add a Report Label
Enter a title for your report. This will appear at the top of the document.
2. Configure Listing Links
Choose where links open:
Open Links in Perchwell – The client must log in to view details.
Open Links Externally with Your Branding – Links open outside of Perchwell with your brokerage branding.
3. Select Display Fields
Choose which listing details to include:
Exact address
Open house information
Cross streets
Neighborhood
Status
4. Select Contact Information
Choose which contact details appear:
Listing agent information
My contact information
None
5. Choose Image Type
Select which media to include:
Both photos and floor plans
Photos only
Floor plans only
6. Choose Layout
Select Portrait or Landscape.
7. Reorder Listings
Drag and drop listings to arrange them in your preferred order.
When finished, click Next.
Step 3: Share the Media Report
After finalizing your settings, choose how to distribute the report.
Email the Report
Steps
Select Email.
Enter one or more recipient email addresses.
Edit the subject line if needed.
Review and edit the message body.
Click Email Report.
Download the Report
Steps
Select Download.
A PDF will be generated.
Save the file to your device.
Print the Report
Steps
Select Print.
Your browser’s print dialog will open.
Choose your printer and settings.
Click Print.
