Buildings are the foundations to rooms which we want to inspect. In your portfolio of properties, you may have multiple buildings. You can add as many buildings as you need.
Log in to your account and go to "Account Setup" here you will be directed to "Account Info / Sites".
First, you will need to select a site you want to add a building too. A new panel on the right will appear showing all the buildings for the site.
Adding a new building is simply done by clicking the plus icon next to Buildings.
You can name your building with a fitting name, here we will use "Head Office".

At this point you can click "Save" and the building will be added to the site. done!
Configurable Options
Total Square Footage
If you don't know the total square footage of the building that is ok, this value is used as an estimate to calculate things such as hours required to clean the building.
Number of floors
When defining the number of floors this building has, we'll automatically populate the building with the given number of floors. You can add or remove floors later.
Building Group
You can add a building to a group in order to have unique reporting on a collection of buildings. Learn more about building groups.
Copy room type list from
If this new building is similar to a building you have already spent time populating, allow us to do the hard work for you by copying from another building. Saves you time, and effort.
Add Address Information
If you like, you can add address detail about this building for reference.
