A financial table allows you to upload data against users and present that information within a review. The data can be bulk uploaded against users, and each user will see only the specific data relevant to them when they access their review. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about creating and updating financial tables — from uploading data to customising the headers that appear in reviews.
Updating row and column headers
Before uploading data, you'll want to ensure your table headers reflect the metrics that matter to your firm. Here's how to customise them:
As a super admin, go to Settings → Attributes
Select Financial (rows) or Financial (columns) from the category list
Click the pencil icon next to any item to rename it, or the trash icon to remove it
Drag the handle on the left of an item to reorder it
To add a new row or column, type its label in the box and click Add
Columns work in exactly the same way as rows, giving you complete flexibility over how your financial data is structured.
When users access their review, they'll see their financial data presented in a clear table format using the row and column headers you've configured.
Note: Only rows or columns with data for a user will show in their review. If no data is uploaded against that user, the table will not show.
Upload and manage financial data
Once your headers are configured, you can bulk upload financial data against users. The system will match the data to the appropriate users, ensuring that each person sees only their own financial information within their review.
