The LED stays red and my Perifit Pump does not charge.

Solutions to address problems related to charging your device.

Try a reset procedure:

  1. Locate the ON/OFF button

  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 15 seconds

  3. After 15 seconds, the Hub will restart

If this procedure does not work, try to charge your Pump with another USB-C cable.

We do not provide replacement charging cables, but if your USB-C cable stops working within 30 days after delivery, please contact our customer support.
