Pump Device Can't Turn On

1. On/Off Button Functional check

****If your pump device is not turning on, the first step is to ensure that the play button is responsive. Click on the play button and check if you feel a click. Is the feeling similar to the other buttons on the device?

*If the button seems not functional, contact our customer support team by sending them a video.

2. Verify Your Charging Cable

****Make sure that the charging cable you are using is functional and that the power cord is plugged into a functional power outlet. To do this, try using another USB-C cable, or test the original cable by charging a different device with it. If after changing the cable, the LED starts flickering in orange, you will need to replace the cable. Please contact our support for further assistance.

3. Perform a Reset Procedure

****If your pump still won't turn on, perform a reset procedure by following these steps:

  • Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 15 seconds.

  • After 15 seconds, release the button.

  • The hub should restart.

This reset procedure can often resolve issues related to software glitches or temporary malfunctions.
