If you believe you cancelled your Perifit Premium subscription before the renewal date but were still charged, first check that the cancellation was completed and when it took effect. In some cases, a payment may already have been processed or initiated before the cancellation was completed.
1. Check your subscription status
iOS
Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and select Perifit Premium.
Check whether the subscription is cancelled and note the expiration date. You can also check your purchase history in the App Store to confirm the charge.
Android
Open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and select Perifit Premium.
Check the subscription status and next renewal or expiration date. You can also review your Google Play purchase history or email receipt to check the charge.
Make sure you’re checking the Apple ID or Google account used to purchase your Perifit Premium subscription.
2. Check when you cancelled
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not necessarily end your current paid period immediately. You normally keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If the cancellation was made very close to the renewal date, a payment may already have been initiated or processed by the platform. Google, for example, notes that payment authorization can occur before the renewal date.
3. Still not sure why you were charged?
If your subscription shows as cancelled but you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact our support team through the ? button of the app's main screen.
Please include the date and amount of the charge if possible. Our team can check your Perifit Premium subscription and help you understand what happened.
