Cashback payments are only made once a month (around the 10th for the US, and the 22nd for other locations), all at once. If you haven't received a cashback payment on your Paypal account for an order placed between the 25th and 20th of next month, please wait for the 22-23 to see if it comes in before contacting us.
Referrals only work within the same country and currency. Ex: if you have purchased Perifit Care from our US shop, your referral link will work for people buying from the US shop as well.
The only payment method available for cashbacks is Paypal and the email address we use to send the money is the one you registered with when creating your referral account.
You can refer up to 5 friends maximum.
Make sure to share the referral link with your friends and not the discount code displayed to one of them as it is a unique discount code that will generate for each of your 5 friends referred.
