Solutions for when you're not receiving the email to reset your password

Below are a few points to consider:

  1. Check your SPAM folder, it could be there.

  2. Is the email you are using to log in your Perifit account correct and without any spelling error ? If there is, it's likely that you'll never receive the recovery email. Email us at support@perifit.co so that we can help.

  3. Make sure you are checking the correct mailbox. How do you log in your Perifit account ? Ex: if you log in with iCloud, the recovery email will be sent to that one.
