Here are a few points to consider:
Referral payments are only made once a month:
United States: Around the 10th
Other locations: around the 22nd
Meaning that, for example, referrals validated (your friend placed the order) between October 11th and November 9th will be paid on November 10th.
Are you looking at the right Paypal account ?
The only payment method available for cashbacks is Paypal and the email address we send the money to is the one you used to register to our referral program.
If the email address we send the money to is not an active Paypal account, you can:
Create a new Paypal account. The money will be sent out again automatically with the next payment batch (see section above).
Link this email address to your existing Paypal account. You can link up to 5 email addresses to the same Paypal account. The money will be sent ou again automatically with the next payment batch (see section above).
You can refer up to 5 friends. Not more. If a 6th friend buys through your referral link, you won't receive a cashback payment for it.
