In Kite Runner you are a kite looking to fly through the hoops.

Game Modes available

Solo

How to play

  • By default, your kite is flying low and moving forward

  • Squeeze your pelvic floor to fly up

  • Relax your pelvic floor to fly down

Hints

  • The hoops at the top of the screen require you to squeeze at your max strength

  • The hoops at the bottom require you to relax fully

  • Follow the pattern/hoops and squeeze/relax your pelvic floor progressively until you reach the height required to go through the hoops

Kite Runner is a vertically oriented game that offers a limited view of "what is coming", thus moving the needle from anticipated to reflex contraction.

Score

  • Each hoop you go through at the bottom of the screen earns you 1 point

  • All other hoops you go through earn you 2 points

Game duration: 2 minutes 30s

💡The duration can slightly vary based on which training program’s level you’re on, as this will impact the number & length of contractions patterns we include in the game.
