How to play
By default, your kite is flying low and moving forward
Squeeze your pelvic floor to fly up
Relax your pelvic floor to fly down
Hints
The hoops at the top of the screen require you to squeeze at your max strength
The hoops at the bottom require you to relax fully
Follow the pattern/hoops and squeeze/relax your pelvic floor progressively until you reach the height required to go through the hoops
Kite Runner is a vertically oriented game that offers a limited view of "what is coming", thus moving the needle from anticipated to reflex contraction.
Score
Each hoop you go through at the bottom of the screen earns you 1 point
All other hoops you go through earn you 2 points
