Squeeze your pelvic floor to jump over the hurdles and pick up the hoops
Relax your pelvic floor to go back down on the track
Bumping into a hurdle knocks you out for 2 seconds
Hints
Start squeezing at the first hoop higher than the ground
Start relaxing right before reaching the last and highest hoop
Score
Collecting a hop earns you 2 points
Game duration: 2 minutes 30s
