Experiencing disconnections during training?

You can now troubleshoot yourself and test the Bluetooth signal of your Perifit Care in a few seconds.

Note that your app needs to be on version 4.11.0 or above in order for you to see this feature. If you are on an older version, head to the Google Play Store or App Store, search for Perifit, and hit Update.

How to test the Bluetooth signal of your Perifit Care ⤵️

  1. Head to Settings > Test your Bluetooth signal

  2. Tap Test and follow the instructions

  3. Everything looks good? You can hit Done and get back to training with peace of mind that your Bluetooth signal is in top shape.

  4. If the Bluetooth signal is too low, the "Contact Support" button will show at the end of the test. Hit it to get in touch with our team who will gladly assist you.
