You're a flipper and want to score points by hitting the balloons strong and on timing.

This game is aimed at improving your pelvic floor speed ability ⭐️

Game Modes available

Solo

How to play

  • By default, the flipper is not moving and balloons come down automatically one by one

  • Squeeze your pelvic floor on timing to throw the balloon and hit the target

  • Relax to let your flipper go back to its original state right after you hit the balloon

Hints

  • Your goal is to make speedy contractions

    • Squeeze your pelvic floor at, at least, 80% of your strength

    • Squeeze on timing right when the balloon comes onto the flipper

  • After a few seconds, the balloon will disappear if it was not hit or did not hit the target

Score

  • Your score is the number of targets hit by the balloons

Game duration: 2 minutes 30s

💡The duration can slightly vary based on which training program’s level you’re on, as this will impact the number & length of contractions patterns we include in the game.
