The tracking link shows my order/parcel/package was delivered but I did not get/receive it

If your order's tracking indicates it was delivered but hasn't reached you, here's what to do:

  1. Connect with neighbours:

    • Delivery personnel often leave parcels with neighbours if you're unavailable. It's worth checking with them first.

  2. Inspect your mailbox:

    • Our packages are compact and can fit inside a standard mailbox. Give it a thorough look.

  3. Apartment dwellers, check shared mailboxes:

    • If you live in an apartment complex with a shared mailbox, it's worth inspecting there as well.

  4. Consult your concierge:

    • If applicable, your building's concierge may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. Inquire with them.

  5. Still no luck? Contact us:

    • If despite these efforts, your parcel is still nowhere to be found, please reach out to our support team via the ? button of the app or email at support@perifit.co. We're here to help you locate your order.
