Manager profile

View manager activity, edit account details, and download transaction history from a manager's profile.

Overview

When you click on a manager's name in the Managers grid, you open their full profile. From here you can view their activity metrics, edit their account details and permissions, review their transaction history, and download their data for offline review.


Profile overview

At the top of the manager profile, the following details are displayed:

  • Name — The manager's full name

  • Registration date — When the manager account was created

  • Status — Active or inactive. You can activate or deactivate a manager at any time

  • Location — The business location the manager is assigned to

  • Number of transactions — Total transactions this manager has processed

  • Last transaction date — When the manager last processed a transaction


Information section

Below the profile overview, the Information section displays the manager's account details in an editable view. From here you can:

  • Update the manager's name, email, or phone number

  • Change their assigned location

  • Reset their password

  • Delete the manager account

Click Save after making any changes.


Permissions

On the Scale plan, you can customize individual permissions for each manager — controlling what they can view and edit across statistics, templates, customers, segments, operations, communications, and locations.

On the Growth plan, managers have a standard set of permissions that cannot be customized.

Transaction history

At the bottom of the profile, the Last Transactions grid shows all transactions processed by this manager. Each row includes:

  • User Name — The customer involved in the transaction

  • Date — When the transaction occurred

  • Phone — The customer's phone number

  • Device — The device used

  • Template — The card template involved

  • Event — What happened (e.g., stamp added, points redeemed, visit logged)

  • Amount — The number of stamps, points, or visits added or deducted

  • Balance — The customer's balance after the transaction

To download all transactions for this manager, click the download button at the top of the transaction grid. The file is exported in XLS format for offline review.


FAQs

How do I deactivate a manager without deleting them?

Change the manager's status from Active to Inactive in their profile. This prevents them from logging in to the Scanner app while keeping their account and transaction history intact.

Can I see how many transactions a specific manager has processed?

Yes. The Number of transactions and Last transaction date are displayed at the top of every manager profile.

Can I download transaction history for all managers at once?

Yes. From the main Managers grid (not an individual profile), click the download button to export cumulative statistics across all managers.
