Collect team feedback: Your team can make comments before the funnel goes live.
Get customer feedback: Send the preview to customers so that they can express their wishes directly.
How to use the comments feature
Open the Funnel Preview: Click on the preview in your funnel editor.
Share the link: Click on “Share” at the bottom left, copy the preview link and send it to your colleagues or customers.
Start commenting: Anyone with the link can view the funnel and add comments directly.
Look at the comments of your colleagues/customers:
You can....
- see the name of the person commenting at the top left
- see when the comment was created at the top center
- see which funnel page the comment refers to at the bottom
- mark comments as “Resolved” at the top right via the check mark ☑️
Note 💡
There are currently no notifications about new comments. This means: You should check the Funnel Preview regularly to make sure you don't miss any valuable comments.
