Do you want to temporarily take an already published funnel offline or archive it?

No problem! Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your Funnel Overview or your Workspace

2. Click on the 3 small dots next to your funnel

3. Click on "Archive"

-> Your funnel is now offline and you can find it in the Archived Funnels folder!

If you don’t want to edit your funnel or access the collected leads for now, you can stop here. However, if you don’t want to archive your funnel but just take it offline and continue editing it later, proceed as follows:

4. Click on the dropdown at the top ("All Funnels" or your Workspace name if you are currently in one of your Workspaces).

5. Select "Archived" to go to your archived funnels.

6. Select your newly archived funnel and click on "Restore".

7. Use the dropdown to return to your Funnel Overview/to the funnels in your Workspace.

Done! Your funnel is now offline!

💡 Permanently delete a funnel
Do you want to completely delete your funnel instead of just archiving it?

1️⃣ Go to the Archive.
2️⃣ Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the funnel you want to delete.
3️⃣ Select "Delete" – please note that this action cannot be undone!

Tip: Archived funnels no longer count towards your quota. If you're unsure, you can simply archive the funnel instead.
