With this function, you can send automated messages based on the lead status directly to Workspace Members. This means:
🤝 Better collaboration: Your team or customers receive relevant information immediately.
🎨 Customised branding: You can send lead notifications with your own sender address so that they come directly from your company or agency.
👤 No missed leads: All relevant team members are always informed and ready to act.
Typical use cases
Are you an agency? Then you can send lead notifications directly on behalf of your clients to create a professional and seamless workflow.
Do you work in a team? Then you can ensure that all lead updates are sent to a central email address so that your entire team is always up to date.
Does your company have multiple brands? Then you can set up lead notifications so that they are sent from the appropriate sender address for your respective brand.
How to set it up
1) Navigate to your funnel
2) Click on the ‘Messages’ tab on the left-hand side.
3) Create a new message and set up the content accordingly.

From the Advanced Plan onwards, you can also include variables from the funnel that have already been queried, such as the lead's contact details (email and phone number), the lead's answer to a specific question, etc.
Simply enter an ‘@’ and then select the corresponding variable
4) Set a trigger: Select the lead status for which the message should be sent.
By default, ‘New’ is selected here (sent as soon as a new lead is received).
5) Select the recipients:
You can select all workspace members that are stored in the workspace of the funnel.
💡 Although you theoretically have the option of sending the message to your workspace members and the new lead itself at the same time, it is usually advisable to create separate messages for the lead and the workspace members.
6) Click on ‘Set live’ to activate your message. Your notifications will now be sent automatically to the desired recipients. 🎉
💡 A message can be sent to a maximum of 10 recipients at the same time.
