What is an answer box?
An answer box is a field you can click into that appears after a question.
Can I change answer boxes afterwards?
Yes, you can. You can edit, delete or add new answer boxes at any time.
What happens to the data I have already collected?
Your already collected data will be retained.
Let's say you’ve already published a funnel and you've received answers to a specific question.
If you now decide that you prefer to write "20+" instead of "Stopped Counting" you can simply change the text in the editor and then publish your changes.
In the Insights section you will still see the number of customers who clicked on your old answer ("Stopped Counting"). In addition, a new row will be created in which you will see the number of customers who clicked on your new answer ("20+").
