Where do I get help?

Before you contact Customer Support, we recommend that you already search for the best solution in our free help resources so that you can quickly get back to work on your funnel.

Either use the search bar to find a suitable help article, or go straight to our video academy the "Path to Success" in your Perspective account and look for the matching step-by-step video course.

How can I contact the support team?

If you are logged in to your account, you can always click on the question mark in the bottom right corner.

Here you can find help around Perspective yourself by simply clicking on the question mark in the bottom right corner of your account.

How do I get a fast response to my question?

With a first response time of 5-8 minutes, we will get your questions answered as quickly as possible. To speed up your response, follow these tips when contacting us:

  • Log in to your Perspective account. If you can't log in to your account, try resetting the password before reaching out.

  • Specific details really help us a lot. The more details you provide about the funnel, URL, or account you have questions about, the better we can understand what you are trying to accomplish and what we may help you with.

  • Visuals also help. Please upload screenshots or files that may help us see the same thing you do. Help us best to recreate your issue, by sending us a loom video for example.

  • If you're not sure what to call your problem, feel free to stop by our help center and search for it here. Feel free to send us the article on what you need further help with.

I can not log in to my Perspective account. How can I contact support?

Topics that are outside the scope of our support

  • Performance Marketing and Marketing Strategy (e.g. Facebook, Google or Linkedin Ads): Since each user's marketing needs are different, we cannot provide specific marketing advice.

  • Taxation and GDPR advice: Please consult a professional tax advisor or GDPR lawyer who can help you professionally. We are not entitled to do so legally.

  • Third Party Services: We can assist you with official integrations from Perspective, but for other issues or code-based applications, feel free to contact the third-party service directly.

What happens if I leave the chat window but am still waiting for a response?

When you leave the chat, you will get our answers conveniently and promptly emailed to your account address. You then can reply by mail or chat message.

Is there a phone support?

No. Currently we don't offer phone support, because we can take care of incoming requests faster via live chat. Often a more detailed check on your account is necessary to verify the issue you described and to test possible solutions. So that you don't have to wait on the phone, we will get back to you with the solution as soon as we have it.
