With the Upload Block, you can receive files from your funnel visitors (e.g., application documents in the recruiting funnel). Once received, you can download your leads’ files altogether.

A useful process is to use the Upload Block for receiving job application documents in your recruiting funnel or requesting product photos in your feedback funnel.

How to Add an Upload Block to Your Funnel?

1. Open your funnel in the editor and navigate to the page where you want to request a file from visitors.

2. Click the plus (+) sign to add a new block.

3. Now, select the Upload Block from the left sidebar and confirm your choice with the green checkmark.

4. Done! Your Upload Block has been added and is now ready to use.

What settings are available for the Upload Block?

- Style: Edit and rephrase the form question.

- Customizable placeholder text.

- Adjustable emoji, just like other form fields.

- Optional or mandatory field.

How can I access the uploaded files?

When a contact uploads a file to your funnel and submits the form, you will find the file as a link in the contact's profile. You can also use the export function to download all uploaded files from a funnel in bulk.

The file will appear as a link in the lead notification, and it will also be forwarded to your integrations and connected apps (Zapier, direct integrations) as a link.

Implementation Details:

  • File size is limited to 5MB per upload.

  • Files are accessible to anyone with access to the file link.

  • If your account is closed, the files will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • You can incorporate 1 upload field per funnel page, but within a funnel, you can include as many upload fields as you want.

  • The upload field functions as a "drop zone," allowing files to be uploaded via drag and drop.

  • File upload in the funnel starts only after clicking the form button, i.e., after the form is submitted.

  • Supported file formats include:

    .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx

    .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .mov, .mp4, .mp3

How long can I download my files from your platform?

There is no time limit. You can download your contact files at any time.

How can I download files from all contacts simultaneously?

  • First, go to your "Contacts" page.

  • Then, click on the Download icon.

  • Select the ZIP file option and then click "Create Export".

  • You will receive an email to your email account address with a "Download" link.

  • Here, click on the link in the email.

  • A window will open where you can download the ZIP file.
