How can I insert background images in my funnel?

Have you ever visited a website that just blew you away? It probably wasn't just the great content, but also the capturing design. With background images, you can take this to a new level and perfectly align your funnel with your branding and boost conversion rates.

In this article, we'll show you how to easily add background images to your funnel to turn it into a real highlight!

Where can I use background images in the funnel?

You can use background images either in a layout or in individual columns within your layout.

Layouts are pre-designed building blocks. This allows you to create funnels quickly that look appealing and professional on both desktop and smartphone. Learn more about it here.

How do I add a background image to a layout?

  1. Click on the "+" to add a block

  2. Choose a layout

  3. In the funnel preview on the right, click on your layout (Tip: Click on the edge of the layout to avoid accidentally selecting a single element within your layout)

  4. In the sidebar on the left, click on the small image icon

  5. Browse our library for a suitable image or upload your own

  6. Select a suitable image section by cropping your image using the scissors icon and setting the focal point of your image

  7. Use the slider at the bottom to adjust the image transparency if needed

How do I add a background image to an individual column?

  1. Click on the "+" to add a block

  2. Choose a layout

  3. In the funnel preview on the right, click on the column where you want to insert the background image

  4. In the sidebar on the left, activate the frame

  5. Click on the small image icon (or simply choose a background color)

  6. Browse our library for a suitable image or upload your own

  7. Select a suitable image section by cropping your image using the scissors icon and setting the focal point of your image

  8. Use the slider at the bottom to adjust the image transparency if needed
