What is Perx Basic?
We want you to continue your journey to better health even if your sponsored membership comes to an end, which is where Perx Basic comes in. Perx Basic is a free version of the app experience, which is exclusive to our previously-sponsored members.
How is it different from my sponsored program?
We run and maintain this program out of our own revenue, and so there are no rewards in the Perx Basic program for this reason. You'll also find that some features are not available in Perx Basic, but the core functionality remains so you can continue to manage all of your health tasks and receive reminders for them!
What about the rewards I've already won?
While there will be no new rewards won in Perx Basic, any points or rewards you have accrued to date will stay right where they are now, so there's no rush to claim or use your rewards! Just keep note of any expiry dates, which will be shown on each gift card (if any apply).
Can I find another sponsored program?
Our sponsored programs are joined by invitation only, and are offered by our sponsoring partners to their members. Should you be eligible for one of our other programs, for example through your insurer or healthcare provider, you will receive an email from us with an invitation to join.
