Phamily's Care Copilot gives your Care Team quick, AI-assisted insights and recommendations to:

  • Understand patient context at a glance

  • Respond efficiently with personalized messages

  • Ensure follow-ups are completed through tasks

Patient Summary and Next Steps

When viewing a patient profile, you’ll see a Phamily AI Summary panel on the right side of the screen, below the Tasks section. This section provides a quick overview of the patient’s current status and recommended next steps.

Patient Summary - See an at-a-glance summary of how the patient is doing — no need to scroll through the entire timeline. This summary highlights recent updates and key points in the patient’s care journey.

  • Findings - Phamily automatically surfaces recent insights from the patient’s messages.

    Hover over each finding to view a snippet of the conversation and the message date.

  • Suggested Next Steps - Care Copilot recommends next actions to help you close the care loop. These may include generating a message or scheduling a follow-up task.

Suggested Next Steps

Use Suggested Next Steps to act on Care Copilot’s recommendations and streamline follow-up with your patients.

You have two options

  1. Click the wand icon ✨ to generate a personalized patient message based on the suggested action.

  2. Click the calendar icon 📅 to create a follow-up task so that nothing falls through the cracks.

Message Generation

Care Copilot uses past patient conversations to generate personalized, empathetic messages for your patients.

To use Message Generation:

To use a suggested message, click the one of the suggested messages at the top of the message box.

  1. Click one of the suggested messages at the top of the message box.

  2. Click the Wand icon ✨ to preview and edit the generated message before sending.

NOTE: You can always edit the generated message before sending to ensure it reflects your tone and clinical judgment.

After generating a message, you can use Quick Actions to adjust its style and make it fit your communication preferences.

Choose from the following options:

  • Engaging

  • Supportive

  • Shorter

  • Formal

Per Message Actions

You can also use Care Copilot to generate follow-up messages or tasks based on individual Patient Messages.

To do this:

  1. Hover over the message you want to act on.

  2. Click the Task icon 🗓️ to create a related task.

  3. Click the Wand icon ✨ to generate a suggested response message.
