Common report uses
Reports are useful when you need to review, save or share a record outside Phase. Common uses include:
Checking planned product requirements before ordering
Reviewing inventory quantities and storage locations
Exporting crop plan or recommendation information
Preparing spray or compliance evidence
Reviewing yield and production summaries
Sharing records with an adviser or team member
Crop-plan PDFs and Plan Studio season-plan PDFs start every program on a fresh page. Paddocks that share an identical grouped program remain together, while the next program begins on a new page.
Spray Records
Open Reports → Spray Records. Filter by one or more farms, paddocks and product types. Spraying remains the default; turn on Spreading when fertiliser applications made with a spreader should be included. Unlinked products remain visible under Not in library.
Turn on Show season totals per paddock to see each product's pass count, summed rate and total applied for every paddock in scope. The totals follow the active filters and are included in the PDF and the Season totals sheet in the Excel export. Phase reports mixed units or a dash when unlike units or rate types cannot be added safely instead of guessing.
Machine Use
Open Reports → Records and production → Machine Use to review hours, hectares, estimated diesel and running cost by machine and job type for the season. Only completed records that carry machine and time or cost details can contribute; John Deere work confirmed before machine capture was added is not back-filled.
The report will only be as complete as the records behind it. If a report is missing a label, SDS, weather record, product price or completed activity, fix the source record first.
For spray or compliance evidence, check that the completed source record includes the actual products and rates, water rate, nozzle, droplet size, operator, date and weather where required. A nozzle entered on a planned spray carries into its completed record; a reviewed John Deere or manual Reconcile value can override it.

Before exporting
Check:
Farm and season
Date range
Crop or paddock filters
Product matches
Completed activity records
Spray nozzle, droplet size and water rate where relevant
Inventory quantities and movements
Any missing labels, SDS links or weather records
If a report looks incomplete, fix the source data first, then generate the report again.
If export does not work
Try refreshing the app and generating the report again. If the report still fails, contact support with the report name, farm, season, filters used and a screenshot of the error.
