Digital gift cards can be sold online via the loyalty portal of your regular program. This takes place via the contacts portal. Make sure you have configured the following items!
Get a payment integration with Mollie, so customers can purchase online.
Navigate to ‘Apps’ then to ‘Contacts portal’. The payment integration can be linked using the ‘payments’ tab on the left hand side.
Configure you automated giftcard emails for recipients and buyers.
Make sure that your contact portal is set up properly here and when editing, make sure to include a Giftcard field. This can be done by navigating to the home page (on the left), and including the giftcards block via the editor on the right hand side.
