Digital gift cards can be sold online via the loyalty portal of your regular program. This takes place via the contacts portal. Important: To access the contacts portal, you need to be a member of the loyalty program.
Make sure you have configured the following items!
Configure you automated giftcard emails for recipients and buyers.
Make sure that your contact portal is set up properly here and when editing, make sure to include a Giftcard field. This can be done by navigating to the home page (on the left), and including the giftcards block via the editor on the right hand side.
