You can easily duplicate a form from your dashboard in just a few steps. When a form is copied, a new corresponding link and QR code are generated, while the design and content remain exactly the same. Creating separate copies for different locations, channels, or campaigns is a great way to track sign-ups more effectively while keeping the feel exactly the same for the customer.
To create a copy of a form.
1)Click on the "CRM" tab and select the "forms".
2)Now you can view all the forms you currently have.
3) Now select the form you want to create a copy of.
4) Click on "Actions" on the left side of screen and then click on "Copy"

βTip: Try to create different forms for different attributes. So that your data is more organised.
Eg: Setting up a separate form for each outlet.
