There are various automatic email ‘category’ when designing a new automated email under ‘marketing’ and then ‘emails’.

After selecting ‘send automatically’ when designing a new email, you will find several types of automated emails that can be created in the first step.

These are system emails that following their creation need to be configured in other parts of the dashboard.

Just like in an automation, the email has to be designed, and then linked in the appropriate section.
