Create a list of all recurring checks you need to do onboard and use the recurring reminders to alert you when they're due.

Here's an example of how to record a monthly fire extinguisher check.

In a new site, create a point 'Fire Extinguisher | Monthly'.

Within the point card, create a reminder to recur every month. It will then appear within the point card, your calendar view (left side toolbar) and will also alert you when it's due.

You can then record your rounds in the point card comments section.

If you have a list of your daily, weekly or monthly checks you can now recreate them in Pinpoint Works. Create reminders so you don't miss a task again.

As an example, here's how you can create a reminder for weekly cabin inspections.
Firstly, create a point called Crew Cabin Inspection.

Within the point card, create a reminder to repeat every week on your chosen day.

Once the reminder is created, it will alert you each week to complete the task.
