We've updated the filter panel across PinPoint to bring Quick Filters and Advanced Filters together into a single view. Instead of switching between separate filter modes, everything is now available in one place — giving you faster access to common filters while keeping the full power of Advanced Filters within reach.
What's changed:
Quick Filters at the top: Status, Priority, Assigned To, Created By, Tags (include/exclude), and Accounts/Sites are now available as one-click filters — no conditions to configure.
Advanced Filters in the same panel: Advanced Filters appear below the Quick Filters row and work exactly as before. You can add multiple conditions and use AND/OR logic between rows.
The panel grows as you add rows: It doesn't open at full height by default — it expands as you build out your filter conditions.
Accounts/Sites filter on Overview and Timeline: This Quick Filter is available for cross-site filtering on the Overview and Timeline views, but is not shown in the Site Table.
Calendar view includes reminder filters: The Calendar's filter panel also includes Quick Filters for reminder type, status, due date, and linked point.
Your saved and shared views are not affected by this change and will continue to work as expected.
Please Note: If you use the same field in both a Quick Filter and an Advanced Filter, the most recent selection takes precedence — the earlier one is cleared automatically, so the same field is never filtered twice.
