The vast majority of users are currently using the latest version of their deposit addresses and will not be affected by this update. If you have not logged in for an extended period, or have previously saved a Pionex deposit address manually in an external wallet, we recommend logging into your account before your next deposit to verify that your address is the latest version.
Please complete the following steps before your next deposit:
1. Log in to your account and confirm your latest deposit address.
Go to the "Deposit" page — the address displayed by the system is your current active address. If it matches the address you have on record, no action is required.
2. Update any Pionex addresses saved in external address books.
If you have saved an old address in another exchange, personal wallet (such as MetaMask), or address book, please delete it immediately and replace it with the latest address. Do not send transfers using addresses found in your external wallet's transaction history.

Starting from April 01, 2026, 16:00 (UTC), Pionex will officially discontinue support for deposits to old addresses.
