FAQ
Q: Why does my Mastercard account show 100 USDT, but I can't buy a 99 USD item due to insufficient balance?
A: At the time of purchase, Mastercard will reserve an extra 2% transaction fee, which is about 99 * 1.02 = 100.98 USDT. For a better spending experience, we recommend maintaining an extra 3-5% over the actual spending amount in your Mastercard account.
Q: Merchant shows a failed transaction, but the amount is charged from my Pionex Card.
A: This happens due to the first-time pre-authorized charge by the merchant. Once the payment has failed, but the amount was charged from your MasterCard, it will be refunded within 30 days. You can pay with the card again to complete the payment.
Q: Why can't I make a payment with my MasterCard?
A: MasterCard serves cryptocurrency payments; some merchants do not support cryptocurrency payment methods due to their risk policy on the payment methods. You may check if there are any transaction records in your MasterCard. If there is no transaction recorded, it means that the merchant does not accept the MasterCard as payment.
