How to email form submission results to yourself or other recipients
To adjust form settings, a user must have Admin-level permissions or access to the Forms Review workspace. However, anyone can receive a copy of a form submission, even non-pitchly users.
Notify users of forms submissions:
Users with the appropriate permission levels can adjust who is notified and will receive form submissions via email in the form settings tab.
1. | From the Forms Review workspace, open the Forms application from the side panel app |
2. | Click the desired form tile to expand |
3. | Click the Notify tab at the top of the window |
4. | Select the toggle next to users that need to be notified of form submissions |
From the Settings tab, toggle this switch to allow email summaries to be sent to the selected users in the previous steps. Make sure to save changes after adjusting these settings.
Share a completed form submission:
To email yourself or others a copy of the completed form, navigate the the Settings tab and toggle the switch next to Allow Submitter to Share a Copy.
Once settings are saved, you can send yourself a form submission by entering your email at the bottom of the form submission page. To email other recipients a copy of the form submission, enter their email in the designated field. Be sure to separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
If these settings are not available in the form link you received, reach out to your account admin.
We’d love to hear from you. If you have any feedback on product enhancements or additional questions, email the team at PitchlySupport@pitchly.com.
