Remove Users from a Workspace

How to remove users from a workspace and/or team

Admin-level account permissions are required to remove users from a workspace and/or team.

To remove users from a workspace:

  1. Select the Workspaces tab on the left of the Admin home view

  2. Click on the ellipses to the right of the workspace name

  3. Click Manage members

  4. In the member's window, search for and select the user(s) you wish to remove

  5. Click the remove icon to the right of the user’s name

  6. Click Save

Please Note: When rescinding workspace access for a specific user, confirm the user does not also belong to a team that has access to the workspace. It is possible for a user to be added as a direct member of the workspace as well as to a team that has access. If this applies, the user must be removed in both capacities.

To remove users from a team:

  1. Select the Users tab on the left of the Admin home view

  2. Click the ellipses to the right of the team name

  3. Click Manage members

  4. Click Remove to the right of the user’s name

  5. Click Save
